Andrew trained in architecture at Bath University followed by a post-graduate diploma at Oxford Brookes University in urban planning.
Andrew provides expert consultancy services on a wide range of projects from complex strategic mixed use developments to contentious schemes in conservation areas and regeneration proposals.
Andrew provides expert witness evidence where necessary at public inquiry and hearings. Key clients include Oxford University and colleges, Homes England and development consortia JVs.
Much of Andrew's spare time is spent composing and playing music.
